Don't get carded! HOLIDAYWATCH reporting closed windows open!

The Holidaywatch team on patrol?
The silence of the hot air balloon beats the noise of the Cambridgshire Police helicopter,
but parking on a roof has yet to be mastered!

The HOLIDAYWATCH teams keep a discreet daytime eye on your properties - when you are away on Holiday - are reporting that on viewing from the street, a number of windows appear to be closed but from the angle of the handle; clearly they have just been pulled to the closed position but the handle hasn't been pushed down to lock it!  Needless to say, its like turning on a flashing neon sign saying  "Come In, Help Yourself!"

We were considering popping 'red cards' through letter boxes,  but that may cause some domestic strife so if you find that your neighbour has left their windows  'open for business' please tip them off and kindly ask them to lock them properly closed.

The other old chestnut during the school holiday period is to tie your front door key on a string and hang it behind the letterbox so all the family can use it.... again 'neon signs' are flashing! Timpsons in Central Peterborough, do a key cutting service, say you were recommended by the Park Farm Neighbourhood Watch...and then ask  for a community discount!
