A local councillor, a bit late in the day, seems to be playing catch up on his political blog. Brodsworth Road has its own Neighbourhood Watch scheme, but as many of our 6,000 page viewers a month may know, we have been keeping a close eye on some other negative developments recently in this particular road.
We particularly need more information on two recent sightings of a white battered Transit type van, with two occupants, seen in the area We understand that leaflet distibutors are NOT pushing the leaflets fully through letterboxes, so leaving 'a huge red flag up' to show which Houses are occupied during the day or not! If your neighbours house has junk mail sticking out of the letterbox flap, please push it in, so the flap is fully closed.
Detailed information has been passed on as agreed with our discreet callers (thanks to 'Arnie H', 'Casper' and 'PF') we would now ask our telephone reporters, to update any further sightings by discreet posting on any comment panel on this blog and to send in any pictures / videos. We particularly need Arnie H to confirm items 2 and 3 on his notes. The new Crimestoppers discreet marking kits (announced on here 6 weeks ago) are now on retail sale in Tesco Hampton. Each kit has its own unique coded signature so any marked property can be tracked back to the exact location.
