Celebrating five years of Operation Captura

This month Crimestoppers and the Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) marked the fifth anniversary of Operation Captura with the release of a seventh batch of appeals, as we’re once again on the hunt for Britain’s Costa crooks.
