Cow Pat on the Back for Key Theatres' Michael Cross

Lorraine Kelly working up an audition piece for Panto? Oh, no she isn't!

Following the final sell-out performances of the Michael Cross production of his special version of Jack & the Beanstalk at Peterboroughs' Key Theatre, concern is now growing about the future of Daisy, the overweight, poorly groomed brown cow, who has been cruelly worked for all the peformances without an udderstudy or feed breaks.

Stanground and Park Farm also came in for some stick, so lawyers have 'bean' consulted. Rumour also has it that due to PCC spending cuts, Daisy is not now to be retired to a special heated farm enclosure at Ferry Meadows, but is to be put out to grass with the resident permanent herd of Milton Keynes moochers. A facebook protest page is being organised.

Despite all this, the tickets for this years Key Theatre Panto sold out very early, so as soon as we get news of the 2011 production at the Key Theatre, we intend getting a PFNW party together.
For those who missed the Key Theatre Panto, a whole host of productions are scheduled and PFNW can confirm a good time will be had by all! Call them on 01733 207239 or visit http://www.peterboroughkeytheatre.co.uk/
