FRASER is accused of playing an instrumental part of the importation approximately 2 tonnes of herbal cannabis into the UK from the Netherlands.

He hired a lorry which he then used to collect the cannabis which was concealed in frozen chickens.

He has green eyes and dark brown, collar length untidy hair.
