UNINSURED MOTORCYCLE ALERT ## VERGE PARKING CLAMPDOWN ## DOGS "RUNNING WILD"

UNINSURED MOTORCYCLE ALERT

Clearly the silly season has started. Earlier today 2nd July 2011, several residents witnessed yet another motorbike being dangerously driven at very high speed by a helmetless UNINSURED twerp up and down the greenwheel cycle path several times alongside Park Farm. Approaching the footpath from the opposite direction were two parents and their very young son age 5, just learning to ride his very first pedal bike.

It can only be a matter of time before there is an accident and an outcome too horrible to think about. If you know who owns this low slung motorcycle, please immediately contact either PFNW or the local police team on 0845 456 456 4.  PFNW members have taken video from this morning and descriptions of the rider and bike have already been passed to police.  ###

CARS & COMMERCIAL VANS PARKING ON GRASS VERGES - RAMSAY WAY & PARK FARM WAY

We understand that vehicle registration numbers of cars and commercial vans are to be taken from this week onwards as the vehicles are not only damaging the grass in these dry conditions but also interfering with mowing machines. Report incidents directly to the City Council: David.marshall@peterborough.gov.uk quote date, time, location (nearby lamppost serial number?), vehicle registration number, make of vehicle and if possible a photograph.
