Our hard working neighbourhood policing team

During the period of 15/09/2011 - 22/09/2011, for our area, 58 incidents were called into The Police Service Centre and were serviced by officers from both Reactive and Neighbourhood Policing Team.

These calls for service are represented as follows:

Malicious nuisance 4

Suspicious circumstance 8

Rowdy Nuisance 8

R.T.C  (Road Traffic Collision) 4

Criminal damage 2

Silent 999 calls 1

Abandoned calls 1

It can be seen that the top three calls are incidents for Domestic Violence, suspicious circumstances and rowdy nuisance.

Of the 58 incidents reported 13 crimes were raised which are made up as follows:

Burglary (shed/garage) 1

Assault occasioning actual bodily harm 3

Theft 3

Theft of a pedal cycle 1

Other criminal damage to a dwelling 1

Other criminal damage to a vehicle 2

Criminal damage other 2

Cruelty and neglect to children 1


2 Warrants have been successfully executed in the Stanground/Park Farm area and arrests were made.

Reassurance visits/telephone calls by Shirley and Tania your local PCSOs continue to be carried out along with their high visibility patrols both on foot and in a vehicle.
