Opportunity to join dig at Kings Dyke

BUDDING archaeologists have been invited to join a local enthusiast on a real-life dig later this month.

Jamie Jordan (21), from Fossils Galore, is organising the dig at the Kings Dyke fossil hunting site in Whittlesey next Saturday.


There will be 35 spots available to join Jamie on the dig, which he hopes will unearth fresh fossils for his ever-growing collection.

Anyone going should meet Jamie at the Kings Dyke Nature Reserve sales office, off the A605, at 11am.

The dig is expected to last for around three hours.

Places are limited and must be booked by calling Jamie on 07851 556544, or by booking online at www.fossilsgalore.com.
