Week Long Crackdown On Speeding Motorists


Cambridgeshire Police targets speeding drivers.

Police have issued 143 fixed penalty notices to speeding drivers during a week long crackdown across Cambridgeshire.



The campaign ran from 18 April to 24 April and was aimed at educating drivers about the risks they faced.

Insp Chris Skepper said: "It is still shocking to see so many drivers gambling with their lives for the sake of a few extra minutes on the road.


"Speeding is an issue that... we take extremely seriously."
